- 9/01/2013: DSI version 5 is now available! Teacher license: $50, School license (all teachers in the school covered): $200. See order form on the Home page.
- 10/1/2010: Teaching the Essence of Science with a Game? (PDF) published in the Michigan Science Teachers Association Fall 2010 Journal.
- 8/26/2010: It is now clear that DSI not only teaches about drugs and provides a rich understanding of the principles of scientific investigation: by identifying and linking important information in case stories and other text with related library facts, students also learn reading comprehension.
- 8/1/2010: Final evaluation data for version 3 of DSI now analyzed. Students not only learned, they showed a remarkable increased interest in science and expressed strong support for the game.
- 11/20/2009: Dr. Rees Midgley, President of inDepthLearning, was interviewed on the Lucy Ann Lance Show on Ann Arbor's 1290 WLBY. Listen to the podcast.
